Graf Consulting is seeking an experienced Salesforce.com Analyst to work on an exciting digital transformation programme. This position will document requirements, define scope and objectives, work with business departments to optimize processes, and formulate SaaS marketing automation and CRM systems that will parallel overall business strategies. The Analyst will understand business requirements/requests and is able to translate such requests to various stakeholder groups in order to produce the best in class processes and system capabilities.
Deliverables
Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements
Document “As is” and “To be” processes, with clear and detailed process maps
Documentation of the business processes and detailed requirements
Document stakeholder interviews and obtain stakeholder sign off for mapped processes and requirements collected
Work with business stakeholders and project team to agree priorities of all process and systems requirements
Convert business requirements to technical system requirements to a detailed level
Identify system integration requirements
Identify data conversion and data quality issues
Document system requirements in project backlog
Support the implementation of system improvements from design to acceptance testing
Write test cases for User Acceptance Testing,
Conduct system testing and logging issues in bug tracking system
Write and review user training materials
Skills
Required Skills and Experience:
2+ years salesforce.com business analyst experience.
Multiple full lifecycle project implementation experience.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage a timeline.
Ability to engage in a friendly, but objective manner with multiple stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Provide documentation to a high standard and in a timely manner
Able to drive delivery, identify risks and escalate within a cross-functional matrix structure.
Excellent communicator and presentation skills – ability to communicate with a non-technical audience.
Strong analytical skills with a thorough understanding of sales and marketing processes.
Strong organizational and planning skill with meticulous attention to detail.
Self-motivated, highly driven and self-assured.
Must be extremely well organised & methodical.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Science, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
Ability and willingness to travel at least 70% of times.
